Tuition & Fees

Tuition & Fees

Tuition can be paid in advance or divided into equal monthly payments. The first payment is a double payment, due at registration. After that, all payments are due the 1st of the month, Oct-May. Payments are considered past due after the 5th of each month.

Tuition is based on the number of classes through the year, and also includes dress rehearsal time, picture day, administration costs, and more. We encourage make up classes for any class that is missed.

Registration fee of $15 is waived if tuition is paid by August 15th.

At this time, only cash and checks will be accepted. Please make checks payable to Time To Leap.  Payments can be dropped off at the studio or mailed to the address below with your completed waiver form.

All monthly payments received after the 5th of the month will be considered past due and an additional $25 fee will be charged. Any returned check will also result in an additional $25 charge.

Dress Code

Dress Code

All Classes have a required dress code. Students must wear appropriate attire that adheres to the studio Dress Code for the class(es) they attend. Students who do not come in proper attire, with proper hair, will not be allowed to participate in class.

Why a dress code?

Dancers create lines and shapes with their bodies. In correct attire, instructors can see the created lines and the correct use of musculature. Dancers ultimately work harder and are more focused when dressed uniformly.

A leotard and tights with hair pulled back, are the best uniforms to use for ballet and younger classes. Form-fitting attire (leggings, spandex shorts with tights, camisoles, leotards, etc.) is required for jazz/lyrical/acro/tap/musical theater classes, with hair secured away from the face in a ponytail. Class-specific attire is described below:

Policies

Policies & Procedures

for All Students

Monthly tuition is due on the first day of each month.  Any tuition not received by the 5th of the month will be considered late and will have a $25 fee.  At this time, cash and checks are accepted only.

All dancers must wear appropriate dance attire for each class.  If you are unsure of what that is, please ask.  Denim or loose fitting clothing will not be accepted.  Dancers should also have long hair tied back.

Please make every effort to have your child to their class on time.  Lateness disrupts the class.

All Dancers are asked to treat their instructors and fellow dancers, as well as the Studio, with respect. Rough housing, name calling, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.  If needed, instructors will speak directly to parents to help find a solution to behavior that is less than acceptable.

No street shoes in the dance studios.  Please do not wear dance shoes outside.  This ruins the shoes, as well as brings dirt and debris onto the dance floor.

If classes are cancelled or missed due to illness, emergencies or bad weather, every effort will be made to make up the missed class.  Prorated tuition or refunds will not be issued.

In the event of bad weather, please check your email and our website.  Generally we will follow WCASD guidelines.

Time To Leap will communicate primarily through email.  Please check your email and our website for any information you may need.  If you are not receiving emails from us, please let us know.

If, for any reason, you and your child decide to withdraw from their class, please inform us by the 20th of the month prior to withdrawing.

In order for your child to receive quality dance instruction, we have a “closed studio” policy.  There will be several opportunities for parent observation, including our Holiday Performance and Annual Spring Recital.

Please do not hesitate to address any concerns or questions with Ms. Rhonda or any of the TTL staff.  We are here for you and your children, and we want to know what you have to say!

Thank you!
