Modern

Modern is an expressive style of dance that challenges the structured dance technique of classical ballet. This style can be characterized by breath, body articulation, and floor work, and can follow a style developed by artists such as Martha Graham, Isadora Duncan, Merce Cunningham and Alvin Ailey.
